ISOLCAP LIGHT 110

PRE-MIXED, ULTRA-LIGHTWEIGHT AND THERMAL INSULATING SUBFLOOR. 110 kg/m3

ISOLCAP LIGHT 110 is Edilteco's ultra-lightweight pre-mixed subfloor for projects that need the highest thermal insulation with the lowest weight. At just 110 kg/m³ and with a thermal conductivity λD of 0.041 W/mK, it is the most insulating product in the ISOLCAP range: the ideal choice to insulate floors and roofs without overloading the structure, including in renovation work.

Made with EPS beads coated with E.I.A. additive, it is laid as a fluid mortar at variable thickness on horizontal and sloping surfaces and in cavities, covering pipes and irregularities. It does not settle, does not shrink and does not crack.

It needs very little mixing water: after 28 days the residual moisture is below 2%. That is why it is also used in timber-frame buildings, where water brought onto site can damage the structure.

It can only be mixed and pumped by machine: POLITERM® MACHINE, ISOLCAP MACHINE or a properly fitted plastering machine. Reaction to fire A2-s1,d0. Where heavy foot traffic is expected, protect it with a screed.
