DBRED FONOTECH

COUPLED AND SINGLE-LAYER UNDERLAY IN ROLLS FOR IMPACT SOUND INSULATION

DBRED FONOTECH is the underlay in rolls for impact sound insulation under floating screeds. Expanded closed-cell polyethylene with an integrated technical rubber compound gives it elasticity and resistance to repeated loads, so footstep noise stays low over time. It contains 60% recycled LDPE, is fully recyclable and suits radiant floor heating systems.

The range covers every requirement: FONOTECH 3, 4, 5 and 10 mm (ΔLw 21 to 27 dB); FONOTECH PLUS, with an extra layer of needle-punched polyester fibre, 7 to 14 mm thick (ΔLw up to 33 dB); FONOTECH 5.6 ANTISCRATCH, with an embossed reflective aluminium film that protects the underlay on site and a 50 mm side overlap (ΔLw 36 dB).

Light rolls, quick to lay and to join with dBred tapes, for slabs in hollow-block concrete and reinforced concrete in new buildings and renovations.
