KRONOS AUTOLIV 5-30
PRE-MIXED SELF-LEVELLING FINISHING COAT FOR LOW-PROFILE APPLICATIONS. 5-30 MM
KRONOS AUTOLIV 5-30 is the self-levelling compound for greater thicknesses, from 5 to 30 mm: it corrects larger differences in level and creates, in a single pass, a flat and very strong surface ready for any floor covering.
A mineral mortar based on Portland cement and selected quartz, it is applied by hand or by machine and reaches very high strength (C45-F7, ≥ 45 N/mm2 in compression). It is ideal for levelling cement screeds and POLITERM® BLU and ISOLCAP lightweight subfloors.
It is walkable after about 24 hours; ceramic and terracotta can be laid after about 48 hours, parquet, resilient floors and natural stone after about 7 days. Below 5 mm use KRONOS AUTOLIV (1-10 mm).
NOTE
- Thickness 5-30 mm; yield 1.95 kg/m2 per mm.
- Mixing water 3.75-4.25 L per 25 kg bag; pot life ≥ 30 minutes.
- Application temperature +5 to +35 °C.
- Walkable after about 24 h; ceramic/terracotta after about 48 h; parquet, resilient and natural stone after about 7 days.
- Compressive strength C45 (≥ 45 N/mm2); flexural strength F7 (> 7 MPa).
- Adhesion to concrete ≥ 0.5 N/mm2 (28 days), also after freeze/thaw cycles.
- 25 kg bag; pallet of 48 bags (1,200 kg).
PACKAGING
- Levelling of cement screeds with high strength, creating a surface suitable for PVC, carpet, laminate, ceramic and epoxy or polyurethane resins.
- High-strength levelling of POLITERM® BLU and ISOLCAP subfloors before laying ceramic tiles, stoneware, natural stone and wooden floors.
- Mandatory skim coat for glued parquet on ISOLCAP single-layer screeds.
- Not to be used as a finishing layer outdoors or for heavy traffic.
