ISOLCAP MAX 800
PRE-MIXED, CE CERTIFIED, LIGHTWEIGHT AND THERMAL INSULATING SCREED. 800 kg/m3
ISOLCAP MAX 800 is the CE-certified lightweight insulating screed of the ISOLCAP range: at 800 kg/m3 it guarantees a compressive strength of at least 5 N/mm2 (class C5-F1 to UNI EN 13813) and replaces a traditional screed with a lighter and more insulating product. It is ideal as a single-layer screed under glued floors and wherever certified mechanical performance is required.
Made with EPS beads coated with E.I.A. additive and selected aggregates, it keeps a thermal conductivity of λD 0.176 W/mK. It does not settle, does not shrink and does not crack.
At 5 cm thickness ceramic tiles can be laid after about 6 days and floating parquet after about 12 days. It can also be used as a 3 cm fill layer under KRONOS or self-levelling screeds.
It is mixed with a drill and whisk, a cement mixer or a mixer, and pumped to the floor with POLITERM® MACHINE, ISOLCAP MACHINE, a properly fitted plastering machine or a truck mixer and concrete pump. With DBRED FONOTECH 5: ΔLw 19 dB. Reaction to fire A2-s1,d0.
