DBRED DUETTO

COUPLED UNDERLAY ROLL FOR IMPACT SOUND INSULATION

DBRED DUETTO is a coupled underlay in rolls for impact sound insulation: SBR rubber granules and fibres bound with MDI polyurethane resin, thermally bonded to a layer of cross-linked polyethylene. It combines the elasticity and long-term durability of rubber with the polyethylene's waterproofing and ease of taping.

Thanks to the polyethylene on top, no extra waterproofing layer is needed before casting the screed. Two versions: F3+3 (6 mm, ΔLw 29 dB) and F5+4 (9 mm, ΔLw 38 dB) for the highest acoustic requirements.

DUETTO F3+3: 3 mm SBR + 3 mm PE = 6 mm; rolls 150 × 700 cm (10.5 m²), 15 rolls per pallet (157.5 m²); 2.22 kg/m²; λD 0.049 W/mK; CP2; s' 53 MN/m³; ΔLw 29 dB; L'nw 59 / 57 / 56 dB with 4 / 6 / 8 cm screed.
DUETTO F5+4: 5 mm SBR + 4 mm PE = 9 mm; rolls 120 × 1500 cm (18 m²), 6 rolls per pallet (108 m²); 2.88 kg/m²; λD 0.054 W/mK; CP2; s' 35 MN/m³; ΔLw 38 dB; L'nw 52 / 48 / 48 dB with 4 / 6 / 8 cm screed.
Rubber service temperature -40 / +115 °C; fire class B2 (DIN 4102).

PACKAGING

Impact sound insulation under floating screeds in residential and commercial buildings.
Floors with high acoustic requirements (F5+4).
Joints sealed with dBred adhesive tapes.
