LF5 STRIPES
ADHESIVE "L"-SHAPED PERIMETER STRIPS, EQUIPPED WITH HOT-CORDING FOR EASE OF BENDING
LF5 STRIPS are adhesive perimeter strips in closed-cell expanded polyethylene that isolate the floating screed from walls, pillars and every vertical element. Without them the screed touches the walls and footstep noise passes straight into the structure.
A hot-pressed crease lets the strip fold neatly into an L shape: one part against the wall, one on the underlay. The release film can be removed partly, so the top stays protected and the excess is trimmed after the floor is laid without leaving adhesive on the plaster.
NOTE
- Closed-cell expanded polyethylene, white, 5 mm, adhesive.
- LF5 10+5: height 10 cm, rolls 50 m, 10 rolls per pack (500 m).
- LF5 15+5: height 15 cm, rolls 50 m, 7 rolls per pack (350 m).
- Density 23 kg/m³; λ 0.04 W/mK; service temperature -20 / +80 °C; compressive stress at 10% 24 kPa (ISO 7214).
PACKAGING
- Perimeter isolation of floating screeds, laid after the impact sound underlay.
- Trim only after the floor covering is installed.
