ECAP® ADP
READY TO USE, FIBER-REINFORCED ADHESIVE AND SKIM COAT, IN POWDER FORM
ECAP® ADP is the fibre-reinforced mineral adhesive and skim coat of the ECAP® system: one product to bond insulation boards to the wall and to skim them with the embedded fibreglass mesh. It is certified to ETAG 004 / ETA within the EDIL-THERM® systems.
It has high adhesion to EPS, is water-repellent (W0) and breathable, and is class A1. It is applied from 1 to 10 mm per coat and is available in grey or white.
NOTE
- Compressive strength class CS III; adhesion to EPS > 0.16 N/mm2 (failure in the board).
- Water absorption W0; μ ≤ 8; λ < 0.43 W/mK; reaction to fire A1.
- Mixing water 5.25-5.75 L per 25 kg bag; workability > 30 minutes.
- Consumption: bonding 4-6 kg/m2 (full bed) or 3-5 kg/m2 (dot and perimeter); skimming about 1.1 kg/m2 per mm.
- Grey or white; 25 kg bag.
PACKAGING
- Bonding of EPS, graphite EPS, rock wool and pre-finished ECAP® boards.
- Skim coat with embedded fibreglass mesh.
- Skimming of ISOLTECO® thermal insulating plasters.
