RESILIENT SOUND-IMPEDANCE LAYER WITH PREMIXED RUBBER GRANULES

GUM GUM SPRAY bucket version is the ready-dosed pack of the GUM GUM resilient layer: 8 kg of SBR rubber granules and 5 L of liquid Part B in one 13 kg bucket, to be mixed by drill and spread by trowel.

It is designed for localised and small-scale jobs where a machine is not worth setting up: services housed in trenches cut into existing screeds, steps and landings of stairs, local repairs. It can also be pumped with the GUM GUM MACHINE (3 buckets per mix).

Manual mixing with drill and whisk, or machine (3 buckets per mix); pot life approx. 30 min.
Light foot traffic: approx. 24-36 h at 6 mm (depending on climate and substrate).
Recycled content 89%; colour black; thickness 6-10 mm.
Thermal conductivity λD 0.063 W/mK; dynamic stiffness s't 20 MN/m³ (average, 6 mm).
Impact sound: ΔLw 18 dB (UNI EN ISO 10140-3); on site ΔL'n 25 dB (UNI EN ISO 16283-2); compressibility 0.6 mm (6 mm).
Consumption 3 kg/m² at 6 mm, 5 kg/m² at 10 mm.
