EDILTECO GROUP IS A MEMBER OF GBC ITALIA

Green Building Council Italia (GBC Italia) is a no profit association – promoted by Società Consortile Distretto Tecnologico Trentino - created with the purpose to benefit and put on the propagation of a sustainable building culture, to make public opinion and institutions aware about the impact that the projects and constructions modalities of buildings have on the quality of life of citizenS and supply clear reference parameters to operators of the sector. GBC Italia aim to introduce in Italy the independent certification system LEED – Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design – which parameters establish precise standard of projectation and realization of healthy buildings, energetically efficient and with a low environment impact. The certification system bound to the trademark LEED establishes, in fact, a market value for the “green building”, encourages competition between companies on the theme of the environment performance of buildings and encourages concious consumption attitude also between final users. GBC Italia purpose itself as an organization able to connect the most competitive Italian and International companies operating in the sustainable building and to make easier the dialogue between more qualified professional communities units. Being a GBC Italia member means confirming as supporter and divulger of sustainable building, whit the main purpose to supply high performance building products and careful to safeguard the environment. To live in salubrious and respecting places of the world we are living is not a pure utopia, today is realty. And now Edilteco Group is member of GBC Italia! This is a further confirmation of the willIngness of the San Felice sul Panaro (MO) Group to reach the main purpose it has set (since to its foundation in 1981): the Energy saving.
