SOUND INSULATION OF WALLS
Sound insulation of a wall with the DBRED ZERODB GIPS coupled panel.
An existing wall was insulated against airborne noise with DBRED ZERODB GIPS, an acoustic panel coupled to a plasterboard sheet. The panels are glued directly to the substrate, with filled joints and perimeter sealing, giving a large increase in sound reduction with a small thickness.
