REGUFOAM vibration 220plus

VIBRATION ISOLATION MAT

REGUFOAM vibration 220 plus is a vibration isolation material in mixed-cell polyurethane foam, for decoupling buildings, foundations and machines from vibrations and structure-borne sound. It is designed for permanent static loads up to 0.028 N/mm² (rare short-term peaks up to 0.9 N/mm²) and, depending on load and thickness, reaches natural frequencies as low as 9 Hz.

The REGUFOAM vibration plus range covers loads from 0.011 to 2.5 N/mm² with very elastic, durable foams. Selection is straightforward: the type must match the permanent load actually acting on the bearing – REGUFOAM vibration 220 plus is the right choice up to 0.028 N/mm². Strips, pads, self-adhesive versions and special roll lengths are available on request.

NOTE

Material: mixed-cell polyurethane foam.
Forms of delivery: rolls 5000 × 1500 mm, thickness 12.5 and 25 mm; strips, pads and self-adhesive versions on request.
Maximum static load: 0.028 N/mm²; rare short-term peaks up to 0.900 N/mm².
Static modulus of elasticity: 0.15 - 0.35 N/mm² (based on EN 826); dynamic modulus: 0.35 - 0.72 N/mm² (based on DIN 53513).
Mechanical loss factor: 0.22 (DIN 53513); compression set: 2.3 %.
Fire behaviour: B2 (DIN 4102), E (EN 13501-1).

PACKAGING

Elastic bearing of buildings and foundations exposed to vibrations from railways, tramways and roads.
Decoupling of machines, plant and technical equipment from the building structure.
Floating floors and slabs (mass-spring systems) and structure-borne sound decoupling of building elements.
Choice of type: the permanent static load actually acting on the material must fall within its load range.
